Lucid Confocal Microscope

The VivaScope is an imaging device that allows us to open a window into your skin and to assess changes on a cellular level. These images can be painlessly captured and used to determine the presence of abnormal skin cells that could indicate skin cancer, including melanoma, the most dangerous form of skin cancer. Once the images have been captured they are securely and privately transferred over the VivaNet to a skin pathologist with specialized experience in interpreting VivaScope images. Together, we can determine the appropriate course of therapy – including simply reevaluating the spot at a later time.
